The Brand Strategy Group is an independently owned and operated organization with the flexibility to explore and create the original ideas that build extraordinary brands. Prior to forming The Brand Strategy Group, the partners were officers at Starr Seigle and DDB Needham Milici Valenti and worked on the account management side of the business.

Their reputation has grown beyond Hawaii, and as a result they have become partner consultants with Francorp International (the world's largest franchising consultancy) and have worked in Chicago , New York , and Seattle.

Gloria and Brook are passionate about community service; have worked pro bono  for Mothers Against Drunk Driving for more than 20 years and was instrumental in the fund drive that lead to the building of the victim's memorial that stands by the ocean in Kaka'ako Park.
